That hotel was in a marvellous and exceptionally nice location, to Charlotte airport. And we were close to the Fort Mill library, the park and Culver's Restaurant. Everyone was amicable and caring.

The rooms were updated and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions nearby. Additionally, the hotel offered a decent breakfast.
The cleanliness of the rooms was subpar, with dirty washcloths and unflushed toilets. The air conditioner in our room was also not functioning properly and the hotel had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.
